Standard hand baggage allowance: One single piece of cabin baggage within the size dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 24cm. Aer Lingus Regional size limits are 48cm x 33cm x 20cm. Weight limit -- 10kg (7kg for Aer Lingus Regional). Additionally could be taken one of the – ladies or men’s small handbag – 25x33x20 cm or duty free shopping bag.
Infant baggage allowance - one collapsible buggy/stroller, free of charge.
Only 3 bags per passenger can be booked on the website with a maximum weight of 20kg in total per passenger. Baggage fee ordering online – from EUR 15 to EUR 20; at the airport – from EUR 30 to EUR 40. Additional fees for excess baggage (more than 20 kg) - EUR 9 (On-line) or EUR 15 (at the airport) per kilo.
A maximum of 2 bags per passenger can be booked on the website. Bag Size: One bag at 158cm, second and other bags at 140cm, bag weight: each piece must not exceed 32Kg. Any additional bags and excess weight (24kgs - 32kgs) will be charged according to the fee – for 2nd or 3rd bag – EUR 50.
For passengers is available Web check-in. Web check-in times are in between 30 hours and 2 hours before scheduled departure time. Web check-in for travel to and from New York (JFK), Boston, Chicago and Orlando is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before departure. Passengers travelling from the USA with Web boarding passes must appear at the Web check-in counter at the airport at least 45 minutes prior to the departure. Mobile check-in is available only for some European airports. Check-in at the airport for long-haul flights (depart or arrive not in Europe) - from 3,5 hours to 60 min before departure; short-haul flights (within Europe) – 2,5 hours up to 45 min before departure; from Belfast City Airport – from 2,5 hours to 30 min.
