Hand baggage

Each passenger may carry one item of hand baggage, measuring a maximum 56 x 45 x 25cm (including wheels, pockets and handles). No weight restriction applies however passengers must be able to place and retrieve the item of baggage safely in the overhead lockers without assistance. Small items must be placed underneath the seat in front

An overcoat, shawl, umbrella, crutches or walking frame/stick and one standardized bag of goods purchased at the departure airport may also be carried in addition to the one item. If passenger brings too many items or oversized of hand baggage to the check-in desk, staff will insist that they be booked into the hold for £25 per item.

If passengers checked in online and bypassed check-in and arrive at the boarding gate with too many items or oversized hand baggage, there’s a charge of £40 per item.

Infants traveling without any seat do not have a hand baggage allowance.

On busy flights the company cannot guarantee that all hand baggage will fit in the cabin therefore it is recommended to arrive early at the gate to avoid placing of passenger’s hand baggage into the aircraft hold.

Checked baggage

The maximum volume for checked baggage is 275cm (length + width + height), except for sporting and medical equipment. Standard checked baggage allowance is 20kg per passenger regardless of number of bags purchased.

For a fee, passe

nger can put one bag in the hold weighing up to 20kg. The fee can be paid in one of three ways:

  • online (£9 - £17 per bag per flight, depending on the route and the season)
  • via call centre (£14 - £17 per bag per flight)
  • or at the airport where the fee is £25 at the check-in and £40 at the gate.

If passenger needs to take more than 20kg per one person per flight he/she will also be charged an excess weight fee of £10 per kg at each departing airport. Single piece of hold baggage cannot weigh more than 32kg and no passenger can check in more than 50kg of luggage or 8 individual items.
