Hand Luggage

Lufthansa Economy class passengers could carry-on one piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg. Lufthansa Business and First class passengers could transport 2 pieces of hand baggage, excluding trips to the UK, where they could carry only one piece of hand luggage.

Checked Baggage

For international flights Economy class Lufthansa passengers baggage allowance is 20 kg; for Business class – 30 kg and for the First class – 40 kg.

For Lufthansa intercontinental Economy class flights  is allowed to transport 2 pieces of baggage up to 23 kg each. For Business and First class passengers – 2 pieces up to 32 kg each.

Check-in for Lufthansa flights

Lufthansa passengers could check-in on-line via the company’s webpage. This service is available from 23 hours to 45 minutes in prior of flight departure. Also is available check-in with mobile phone or via Check-in machines.
