Constanta is a city in south-east Romania, on the Black Sea. Romanian port city and resort. This city by the name Tomisa (Tomis) around 500th year, p. m. y. founded by the ancient Greeks. After the Roman Empire divided it became part of Byzantium. Later renamed the city in honor of Flaviya Julie Konstantijai (Flavia Julia Constantia) - Constantine's the Great half-sister.
